We had a great time at Elliot’s birthday party. 

At Discovery World in Milwaukee, Sylvia and I prepared a little video message for everyone.

Today we explored the Milwaukee Public Museum, strolled around the historic third ward, and ate at the Milwaukee Public Market. 

The Milwaukee Public Museum is similar to the Field Museum and contains exhibits as varied as a walkable “Old Milwaukee”, dinosaur fossils, a rain forest exhibit, and exhibits covering every continent and every period of history from the ice age to today. 

The girls and I decided to take a quick weekend trip to Milwaukee. We’re staying in a hotel with a pool!!!

We also rode a paddle boat, went to a great hands-on science museum called Discovery World, and explored the art museum.

Tonight we enjoyed live music, the playground, and food trucks – burgers, tacos, and pancakes – at Brummel Park.

1. Reese lost her first tooth. She was just playing and realized it had come out. 
2. I let the girls color strands of their hair. Blue and green for Sylvia. Gold and pink for Reese.
